McCain's Definition of Alternative Energy Proves Radioactive

He said his ultimate goal was 100 new nuclear plants.

Nuclear will have to be part of the program if the public is ever expected to support a sustained shift away fossil fuels.

Only when a US Republican proposes it.

Otherwise, it's part of a Warmist Conspiracy (witness the Thatcher conspiracy theory that was featured in TGGWS).

The easiest way to assure the public that such a transfer [from fossil fuels to nuclear power] is a safe and good investment is by having the federal government backing up the plans.
Otherwise it's easily misunderstood due to lack of education on the subject and the fear of another Chernobyl - which was strictly a result of human error and lack of funds/attention.

I don't understand what you're trying to say Frank (do you??).

About the climate cover-up

About the climate cover-up

Democracy is utterly dependent upon an electorate that is accurately informed. In promoting climate change denial (and often denying their responsibility for doing so) industry has done more than endanger the environment. It has undermined democracy.

There is a vast difference between putting forth a point of view, honestly held, and intentionally sowing the seeds of confusion. Free speech does not include the right to deceive. Deception is not a point of view. And the right to disagree does not include a right to intentionally subvert the public awareness.
